AI in the product
Recent product work often includes LLMs, retrieval, or document automation. The work is not a slide deck. It is evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and iteration. We run focused AI and LLM pilots when you need evidence before a bigger build, practical adoption when you are leaving experiment mode, and AI-supported modernization when old systems and new UX have to ship in parallel. The aim is shorter cycles without pretending risk goes away.
